Pond 1:

The volume of our first pond is some 5,500 gallons, Its filtration consists of a pair of aerated bottom drains that feed a settlement chamber from which the water then passes through a chamber of K1 media and then Japanese matting. Water is passed through a heat exchanger and a 110W UV by the means of an Aquamax 15,000. A skimmer is also utilised on the pond.

The pond is currently home to some 12 koi, and the pond water is currently being held at 21 degrees.

The QT pond holds some 500 gallon and consists of a chamber of matting that then feeds an EA Eazypod. Water is returned through UV and heat exchanger via a Sequence 10. In this pond the water is currently being held at 25 degrees.
